Eleanore is SLAMcore's Head of Operations, wearing many hats from people to finance operations. Her career started in office administration in 2001 in Brisbane, Australia, before moving to London in 2007. She then spent 9 years in Aon's reinsurance division, initially as the research and operations assistant, then growing into a dual operations / market analyst role, specialising in Lloyd's of London, and authoring Aon's "Lloyd's Update" publication. Eleanore then 'escaped' the corporate world in 2016, taking a career break for mental health reasons. Since 2017 her focus and passion has been on building out operations, culture and administrative functions for tech start-ups.
